Week 21's COVID-19 Report

Week 21:

Week 21 Report to all my Covid-19 Data Hounds. As shown below, the data looked good. A lot of testing - all around Texas with a total over 500,000. I get my numbers from the raw county-by-county DSHS spreadsheet that gets updated every day. It is tedious working with such large numbers on such a large table, but this way - I know which tests are included in my positivity results and what equation I am using. The cases look good as well - all trending in the right direction: towards pre-July numbers. I was looking for a Rio Grande Valley Hurricane Hanna effect from two weeks ago but don't see one except for the Border areas are still increasing. BTW, this part of the state is in Lockdown. Currently, 3 of the top ten case Texas counties are from this area (Hidalgo, Cameron, and Nueces).
