Week 18 COVID-19 Report: After all these weeks, no one will be surprised to see the latest numbers from around the state. What is worth pointing out is: 1) We completed 3 weeks on this stage I call "Rollback"; 2) Fewer tests were performed compared with the previous week (Positivities are Up); and 3) Death Rates continue to rise.
