Week 16's Report begins with Percent Positive Test Results. Shown below, both North Texas and the Gulf Coast (at 13%) balance out the Hill Country(20%), Panhandle (20%), Border(26%) for a State Average of 16%. Testing for the week was just shy of 300k - a good record for Texas.
