Week 13's COVID-19 Report

All, Today is my Week13 Report on the Status of COVID-19 in Texas. Early in this crisis, I was told to focus more on the Hospitalization Metrics. It was the conservation of these resources that was the goal of the Lockdown Period. Now, that such limitations are coming into play - I have had no choice but try to incorporate these in my discussion. Based on several posts on Houston's COVID-19 Group Site, I am not the only one. All of us, especially those not experts in Healthcare or epidemiology need some definition of these metrics and how they are measured. Also, since DSHS only archives confirmed COVID-19 patients, I am unable to go back further than the beginning of April. For ICU Beds, you can only get the current data on a DSHS Regional Basis. This fits easily into my 5 Texas Regions and I have compiled the data in terms of the chart here.
